Mooring near Opua Marina, Bay of Islands This mooring is licenced for boats up to 15m ( it has a 4 ton Block) It is adapted for monohulls as well for catamarans (the buoy is 500mm-600mm height so it does not interfere with the cross beam on a catamaran. The reduced heigth is not a problem for a monohull) It is not far from Opua Marina on Tapu Point side ; It is at the limit of the channel so it is easy to find. The marina is not far with the dinghy and there is a dock for dinghies.
