Located on the southern shore of Pomare Bay, this mooring offers optimal protection from southerly winds, thanks to the nearby headland. Enjoy effortless access to the Bay of Islands and its abundant marine wonders. The mooring is also close to Toretore Island, the eastern gateway to the Veronica Channel leading into Opua. Situated SSE of Matauwhi Bay with the Russell Boating Club, which is easy to reach by dinghy and with a dinghy pontoon. From there, it is a short stroll into town.

Cancellation policy

You may only cancel confirmed bookings up to 48 hours prior to commencement of the booking. You must cancel using your account on Bookabuoy. You will receive a refund back to the card you provided for the booking, less a 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking commencement are non-refundable.
